“ElliottGallery is proud to present the retrospective exhibition of the legendary ‘King of The Underground’, John ‘Hoppy’ Hopkins, who captured the spirit of the 1960’s through his powerful and evocative images, and highlighted an era of extraordinary change and creativity.”
- Addie Elliott, ElliottGallery
Featuring some of Hoppy’s most iconic photographs, the Estate is delighted to announce a solo show at the prestigious ElliottGallery in Amsterdam. The images in the retrospective exhibition are some of Hoppy’s own personal favourites from the momentous 1960’s, showcasing his extraordinary eye for capturing the zeitgeist.
Beautifully presented in the dedicated exhibition space, each photograph is a fibre-based edition print, authenticated by the Estate.
