A close-up of celebrated American civil rights campaigner Malcolm X, who smiles as he turns over a piece of paper during his speech at the Hall of the Malaysian Islamic Study Group at Bryanston Square near Marble Arch, London, on December 05 1964. Malcolm X was in the United Kingdom for a few days and gave various historic speeches during that time, including in London, Oxford, Manchester and Sheffield.
Authenticated Edition Prints
These Edition Prints are authenticated by the Estate of John ‘Hoppy’ Hopkins, and feature an embossed recto Estate authentication edition stamp in the bottom left corner, inside the white border. On the reverse is an archivally-stable inked verso stamp containing the full edition and authentication details.
