Upon release, Hoppy forms BIT – an information exchange for Underground concerns: legal representation, squatting, drug problems etc.
Around this time, Hoppy marries US citizen Suzy Creamcheese – partly but not exclusively to help her with immigration issues. The wedding took place on 28 June 1968 at St Pancras Town Hall.
In 1969, Hoppy is given first video camera by John Lennon. Decides to pursue video as art form and educational tool
